Time Zones: Please select your correct time zone if you are scheduling a phone/zoom session. There are not refunds for missed appointments because the wrong time zone was selected.
Payment: Payment is due at the time you schedule your appointment. Payment can be done via Credit Card, Zelle or Venmo. All appointments must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling. If you selected to pay via Zelle you accept that after 24 hours if payment is not received via Zelle we will charge the card you used to reserved your appointment. If payment is declined your appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation / No Shows: Once you commit to the time and day your appointment is set. If you cancel or do not show up you will forfeit the fee paid. There are no refunds once an appointment has been scheduled and paid for.
Rescheduling: Due to my full schedule I am unable to guarantee any rescheduling. Appointment may be rescheduled no less than 24 hours before the start of your session using our online system. All the appointments slots shown on our system are updated in real time. If there are no slots open that means that all slots are full. Please do not email us to reschedule outside of our schedule.
Late Arrivals: Please be sure to give yourself enough time to arrive to your appointment. Your appointment will start on time. If you arrive late your appointment will still end on time. For example, I your appointment is from 6-7pm and you arrive at 6:15, we will still end at 7pm no exceptions.
Fee: Sessions are 60 minutes in length at a rate of $395 per session. Please note that the work begins as soon as you schedule your appointment. Spirit will begin to show you and me things prior to you appointment. Although I may be with you for 60 minutes I'm already doing the work and receiving messages for you prior to your appointment.
